CUSTOMER CARE

• Provide friendly and efficient service, delivering an excellent customer experience

• Communicate with customers in a welcoming, professional, and helpful manner

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, referring matters to the Store Manager where appropriate

• Ensure all food products are prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist customers with queries regarding food and menu items

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation

• Knowledge of Food Hygiene

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good numeracy skills

• The ability to work as part of a team

• The ability to use initiative

• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Positive and proactive approach to work

• Good attention to detail
