Forecourt Site Manager - Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Inver (‘Inver’) Retail Group as a Store Forecourt Manager in our MACE INVER, store based in Ballymaley, Gort Road, Co. Clare. The company consists of over 20 convenience retail stores throughout Ireland.

OBJECTIVE

To ensuring the store operates efficiently and professionally thus ensuring exceptional store performance, high profits and exceptional customer service.

This position requires the role holder to be available to work on a full time flexible basis, 5 days over 7 days per week.

Previous experience in Retail Management is required and forecourt experience preferred.

• Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment

• Excellent interpersonal relations

• Excellent understanding of consumer needs

• Proven track record in achieving agreed targets

• Financial skills with previous experience of budgets and profit and loss accounts

• Working knowledge of employment, health & safety regulations, HACCP, and consumer legislation

• An excellent commercial acumen with the ability to anticipate and react to market changes
