Deli / Sales Assistants (Full-Time)

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, reliable, and enthusiastic. Previous experience in a deli, fresh food, or retail environment is desirable.

We are looking for a Deli / Sales Assistant for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous deli, fresh food, or retail experience is desirable. The successful candidate will also have a strong work ethic, a flexible approach, and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer care at all times.

Responsibilities of this Deli/ Sales Assistant job include:

• Preparing food products and replenishing food displays to a high standard

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and safety procedures

• Delivering a positive customer experience through excellent service and product knowledge

The requirements for the Deli/ Sales Assistant job include:

• Previous Deli, Fresh Food, Butcher or retail experience is desirable

• Excellent customer service skills 

• Ability to work at a fast pace and as part of a team

• Manual Handling & HACCP certification – Training can be provided
