Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to join our team at Mahers MACE.
As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support
Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained at all times
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for deli products
Create and update deli menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
Train new employees on deli procedures and customer service expectations
Successful Candidate will have flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Job requirements
Experience in a deli or food service management role
