Deli Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Deli Manager to join our team at Mahers MACE.

As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of deli staff, providing guidance and support

• Ensure food safety standards are met and maintained at all times

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for deli products

• Create and update deli menu offerings based on customer preferences and seasonal availability

• Train new employees on deli procedures and customer service expectations

Successful Candidate will have flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
