MACE Kilmacrennan, Milltown, Kilmacrennan, Co. Donegal is recruiting for a full time Deli Manager to join their fantastic team. The successful applicant must be available to work day shifts and weekends.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:

To take the required responsibility in ensuring the fresh foods department is profitable, operates efficiently, effectively, and hygienically to ensure safe food commensurate with the highest standards of service and products.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous supervisory experience in fresh food/deli department would be required

• Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP is required

• Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment

• Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative

• Professional & polite manner with great communication and interpersonal skills
