We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Deli Assistant to join our team at MACE Athlone. As a Deli Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our deli section.

The Role:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food items

  • Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide information on product offerings

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the deli area, including food preparation and serving areas

  • Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of all deli products

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of deli items

  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to create a positive shopping experience for customers
